You will need:

1 box of cake mix
1 can of frosting
Lime green candy melts
Black frosting in a decorating tube
Sweet Petite Kit (Midnight Elegance)

How to make Frankenstein cake pops:

Start by mixing crumbled cake and frosting just as you would a usual cake pop. Here’s a cake pop recipe from the cake pop queen over at Bakerella, if you’re a newbie to the cake pop scene.

To form the shape of Frankie’s head, just make a log with the cake mixture and refrigerate until firm.

Cut the log into 1 ½ inch pieces, and insert a stick into a flat end of each piece.

Dip each pop into lime green candy melts, and let the candy coating harden.

Using the tube of black frosting with a thin writing tip, make hair on top and two dots for eyes.

Ta Dah… meet Mr. Frankenpop! Perfect for Halloween dessert tables, classroom parties, and just for fun. Super easy… really. Give it a try!
