Will I receive an email confirmation after I place my order?
As soon as your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation.
Can I change or cancel an order after it has been placed?
After the order has been processed, it is unable to be cancelled as the orders are immediately shipped.
What are the delivery rates/fees?
Delivery charges are calculated for each order. We will provide the best rates possible for your individual order.
What are your shipping and delivery policies?
Confetti Couture ships your order via UPS 1-3 business days after receiving your order.
Do you ship internationally?
We welcome international orders.
What if my products arrive damaged?
In the event of shipping damages to your items please notify us within 24 hours at confetticouture/customerservice.com. The original shipping package will need to be saved and returned for any damage claims.
What if a package arrives late due to weather or unforeseen problems?
Confetti Couture is not liable for delays in delivery due to weather, or other unforeseen problems. Please choose the appropriate shipping method during check out and, if possible, allow extra time to help avoid these concerns.
Chargebacks and Returned Checks
In the event of a returned check or chargeback the customer will be held responsible for the total order price plus any fees assessed by the financial institutions involved including but not limited to a $25.00 dispute fee. What is the sales tax for purchases?
Confetti Couture charges a 2.9% sales tax for Colorado customers only.
What is your return policy?
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order please contact us by email at returns@confetticouture.com for return authorization before returning any product. You may return products that are unused and unopened for a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase with a return authorization code that is obtained in advance of the return.

What are the exact colors of the products?
Please note that we have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on this site. However, actual product colors may not match the colors shown on your monitor. We cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate. If color choices are very important to you, we suggest ordering a small quantity of Dessert Skirtz to view the color before ordering a larger quantity for your event.
Do you offer wholesale pricing?
Yes, we sell wholesale to verified business dealers or vendors. You must supply a valid State Resale License number or Federal EIN (or identification your country provides), as well as your full business name and business address. For your convenience, Confetti Couture offers an auto-ship program for you to receive shipments on a monthly basis.
What size baking liner fits best in Confetti Couture Dessert Skirtz?
Dessert Skirtz fit standard size baking liners. We recognize that there are various sizes of liners available. Our product best fits a liner with a 2-1/4" diameter base.
